Hand-dyed yarn naturally varies from batch to batch and skein to skein. Photos represent the overall colorway, but slight variations in tone, saturation, and placement are part of what makes each skein unique.
Should I alternate skeins while knitting?
Yes! We recommend alternating skeins every few rows when working with multiple skeins to ensure an even color transition.
What yarn bases do you use?
Each product listing includes fiber content, yardage, and weight. We choose high-quality bases that are soft, durable, and a joy to work with. You can see all the specific details on the Yarn Bases page.
How should I care for my yarn and finished projects?
We recommend hand washing in cool water with a gentle wool wash and laying flat to dry.
Will sold-out colorways be restocked?
Some colorways are seasonal or limited edition. Follow us on social media or join our email list for restock updates.
When will my yarn club ship?
Yarn clubs ship during the last week of the month. Orders containing club or preorder items will ship together
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns may be made within 14 days of purchase. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees should the yarn not return in good condition.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made unless you return the purchase within 14 days of ordering.
